Divorced, secretary for a Fortune 500 company, looking forward to retirement in January. My friends would probably say I’m a happy person, dependable, reliable, very outgoing, and a little silly with my wit. I’m family-oriented, have two grown daughters – we’re close but not intrusive. I enjoy occasional traveling, going out to dinner, movies, plays, casinos and even fishing. However, I’m basically a homebody. I’m stable and content with life and desire the same qualities in a man. I have a fun-loving attitude, which I’ve been commended for in my job. However, I sometimes do silly things - like placing this ad.

Just recently started considering dating again and am finding that I prefer the company of a younger man (in his 50’s). I feel I can just relate to them better. Not sure how many out there would be interested, but thought I would give it a try.

It would be nice to meet a charming man who is mature, responsible, a gentleman and posesses a great sense of humor. There's nothing like a fun and upbeat human being who dazzles another with their charm and sincerity. My ideal man need not be eternally witty – just a joy to be around - one who is easy to talk to, happy with life, and emotionally stable. This is the man who would capture my attention. Right now, my neurotic cat is the only man in my life – pretty sad, eh?
